How might we enable people and clinicians to act on early health signals in ways that are trusted, personalised, and grounded in real medical care—before disease takes hold?
As the product approached launch and continued to evolve, I focused on multiple areas of product design, delivery, and validation—supporting both immediate launch needs and longer-term product growth:
- Leading the product design and user experience, working closely with engineers across multiple sprints
- Shaping and evolving core experiences across the mobile app, clinician web application, and brand website
- Defining a product readiness testing approach, combining qual and quant methods to validate the value proposition
- Designing current- and future-state clinician workflows to support review, decision-making, and patient engagement
- Establishing and evolving the design system and component library to support consistency, quality, and scale
- Supporting launch readiness across key product and brand touchpoints, including core communications
